I have done a silly thing and left the piece of kit at home to transfer photo's onto the computer.
Well the honeymoon in Tenerife went fantastic and we had a great week taking in the sun and visiting many different places. The first day we walked about five miles alon the sea front from Los Christianos to Los Americas and back (too much walking). The second day we had a ride up into the mountains and the volcano, Sally managed the cable car although she was very aprehensive and at the top it was freezing cold and there was very little air, so we did not stop long. The next day was window shopping in the capital Santa Cruise which was fun. One thing to say about it was that when we arrived and eventually got parked off some secluded car cark, we walked into town and passed a few ladies of the night, so we walked briskly.
The next day we went to the Monkey park and had a great time, especially in the sections where the Monkeys we free and were interactive with the visitors, Sally was in her elliment. Then off for a drive around the south of the Island. But enough of this, we had a great time together.
Now its back onto the boat, heading for the River Nene and the Great Ouse. Setting off at 11.30 this morning we headed east toward the Soar, and finished up in Shardlow where we moored up for the night. We traveled for about four hours in what was glorious sunshine, rather like being in Tenerife again.
I will do the Blog daily, and try to download the photo's next time.
